Sep 17, 2020

In July, Five Star food Service hired industry veteran Michael Chapman to assume the role of Vice President of Dining Services following the retirement of predecessor Charly Caldwell. Chapman now leads the dining operations team company-wide, overseeing more than 40 corporate dining locations. Ensuring the successful execution of strategic operating initiatives is also one of Chapman’s accomplishment. Chapman also advanced efficiency, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

“I am very honored and excited about the opportunity to join the Five Star team. As a Tennessee native, I have watched the growth of Five Star into the premier regional service provider. Tasked with leading the company’s dining services division, it makes me proud. I look forward to continuing the focus on customer satisfaction while striving every day to deliver the highest quality food and service to our customers and clients,” says Michael Chapman.
